About Our Systems
Our systems are built using only premium components from manufacturers like Intel, AMD, Asus, Western Digital, ATI, etc.

If you are thinking about buying from major retail chains (like Circ___ C__y, __st Buy, etc) or major online companies (like Gate___ and D__L) - DON'T DO IT. They spend more money in their advertising campaigns than in their product! If you think these companies provide quality computers or if you think they have the best prices, or even the best support - you can consider yourself a victim of their massive ad campaign. Here's the truth:

Quality: The major companies have determined that most people understand that a 4.0 gigahertz processor (whatever the heck that is) - is faster than a 3.5 gigahertz processor. Clearly an 80 gigabyte harddrive is better than a 40 gigabyte harddrive (not that you have any idea what a gigabyte is).

As a result, they load up on the "stats" but give you low quality components on the tons of other components that you don't know anything about. As a result, our 3.0GHz computers (as an example) - loaded with only high-quality components, can easily out-perform most of their 4.0GHz computers.

Price: While it is true we have a hard time competing with a $450 computer which includes a monitor and a printer (not that we would EVER put out a piece of junk like that, anyway), we often beat the prices of our competitors despite the fact we use better "stuff".

We encourage you to go to Dell or any other company (we specify Dell because we believe they have the best product of any mass-produced company) - price out a system, print it out with all the components and give us a chance to beat the price. We usually can, and again, you are getting better quality components.

Support: This is the biggest misconception out there. Everyone knows that (we'll call them Big D) has the best support, right? If you've used them lately, you know better. Call them, you'll be on the phone for a LONG time, talking to someone who is speaking something kind of close to English - telling you to click this and test that. Isn't that what you're paying THEM to do? These are hours of YOUR time. Only after several of these encounters do they allow you to ship off the computer (or part of the computer) - again YOUR inconvenience. A week (possibly longer) later, you may receive a replacement part which you have to install. Yep, great support. Oh yah, ever notice that every company blames the problem on someone else? Can't connect to the internet? Not the computer manufacturer, it's your ISP's fault. That is, until you spend time on the phone with them, anyway.
